Mizuno MP-63 Iron Set's Review

Mizuno have studied the vibrations that are produced at impact and the affect these have on the sound and feel of an iron. Today, I will talk about a new golf clubs.

The Mizuno MP-63 Iron Set is the evolution of Mizuno's most popular Tour iron. The legendary Grain Flow Forging process combines with an innovative Diamond Muscle design to create the perfect blend of feel and control in a player's cavity.

The set also features what Mizuno call a reverse flow' where the longer irons have larger heads for a little more forgiveness. This is not particularly noticeable at address but when you hit the 3 and 4 irons it feel like you are hitting a 5 or a 6 so the principle works in practice. The grooves on the face conform to the 2010 condition of competition regulations.

The Mizuno MP-63 irons are big improvement on the rather bland MP-62 irons they replace. This time there is a real technological improvement with the Diamond Muscle design which increases the size of the sweet area about 1cm in each direction in a head that is the same size as its predecessor.

To be frank, these are the best mizuno irons I have ever owned. I use to play the MP-14 and MP-60 models. The mizuno mp-63 has the best of both worlds. Small head like a blade with the diamond cavity. When struck nicely, these irons feel like butter. I will not be trading in these 63's for many years to come. Congrats to Mizuno on a super product.

The shop, in North Street, less than 300 yards from the first tee of The Old Course, will enable John Letters to combine the latest performance technologies with its expertise to hand assemble and custom-build its 2011 range of clubs at The Home of Golf.

The recently re-launched John Letters Master Model irons and much-coveted Letters Tour Black wedges will be available to customers in a fully stocked showroom packed with the very latest 2011equipment.

I would recommend these irons for even high HC's from 15 down to scratch. The mp-63iron isgreat and I would suggest you go give am a try, you will not be disappointed.
