Burn the Fat by Tom Venuto - A Personal Review

The author of Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle book, Tom Venuto, is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and personal trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). He has worked as a Personal Trainer for the past 17+ years, writing numerous articles and books before he launched this book.

I was overweight months ago and completely fed up with my life but when I finally found Burn The Fat by Tom Venuto, little did I know that I was on my way to reaching the physique I had when I was younger. The book, which has whopping 340 pages, does not attempt to starve or overwork you but instead focuses on realistic training programs and proper diet plans that sustain healthy and consistent weight loss. The importance of setting both short-term and long-term goals was also underlined in this book it helped me eat and exercise properly and that is exactly the reason why I am writing this review.

Apart from realistic training programs, proper diet plans and goals, Tom Venuto explains that everyone has different body types and requires different training programs and diet plans he is also kind enough to include over 20 pages' worth of food topics and supplements. I was skeptical in the beginning because I had expected someone of his physique and experience to promote rigorous training programs that would kill regular people like us but surprisingly, the training programs he advocated weren't difficult at all and have helped me in many ways.

Just like any regular person, I scoured the Internet for reviews of Burn the Fat by Tom Venuto before I bought the book and to my dismay, reviews bragged about how great this book was, which is exactly what regular people don't want to hear.The facts that the weight loss industry churns out a lot of rather hyped books with no substances and the book has favourable reviews turned me off immediately but when I saw a friend of mine, who bought the same book, making progress, I changed my mind. I bought the book soon after and began seeing results after 2 weeks.

I've never been happier about losing weight ever since I bought this book. When it comes to burning fat, I highly recommend this wonderful resource. Check out the bookhere!
