Advice for Teens Dealing with Breakups

Are you suffering from a recent breakup? Sitting there like your entire world crumbled down on you?

Breakups are painful. Sometimes it takes the life out of you. Nothing anyone can say will make you feel better. Words would seem empty. They won't know how you feel inside, or don't they?

Right now thousands of people are breaking up. Thousands of people are suffering the same pain you are going through. You are not alone.

First, take comfort in the fact that what you are going through, no matter how painful is not unique.

However, all is not lost. 90% of breakups can be easily reversed especially for young ones. That is if you know what to do.

Gather your strength and work on getting back your confidence for the time being. When you've established your self and has settled the strong emotions, think clearly.

Go out with friends, don't just stay at home. Get busy. Find a hobby or work on an existing one. This will keep you mind of the breakup and will allow you to focus on something more creative.

When you've finally regained your confidence and are now capable to think clearly then it's time to think of whether you want to fix the relationship or move on.

Do you want to get your ex back?

If you've decided to get your ex back then listen carefully.

Plan it as soon as possible, your ex is not going to be around forever...They will eventually find somebody else and they are going to hook up with them...They are going to fall in love, they are going to have sex...so on and so forth...
