How do you tackle office panic before your kids?

Mr. Bhaskar came home tired from office. He was the Manager at Tata Motors and had just worked into the night dealing with the trade union and other labour problems. The new car Nano was ready to be doled out, but they had again run into problems. This had resulted in his coming home past midnight through the week. His wife Anita was worried when he slapped their son ankit. Something had gone wrong and the undertones between both the father and son were on the increase. Anita sought help from the school counselor because Ankit's scores were going down. The counselor said that Bhaskar was undergoing a lot of tension in the office and needed an outlet. She suggested that the father and son spent time over the weekends in such a way that whatever troubled Bhaskar in the office he could give vent to in the form of counsel to his young son. This way both would be profited. When Anita told her husband this, he carefully thought about all he had learnt in the course of dealing with the trade union people and taught his son how never to remain inert to a bad option, because it could only get worse, how important it was to look at the laborers needs not the way in which they presented it and to understand that all of us have problems that need attention but not all decisions taken under pressure are correct. Mr. Bhaskar told his son how angry he used to get especially when he held his view without listening to what the trade union people had to say and how important it was to give realistic answers to the press and the media or people who require an answer. Ankit had learnt a lot over the week, infact his behavior with his own classmates had become mature and Bhaskar also felt relieved in the process. The counsel had worked.
