subject: How to Lose Weight cheaply! [print this page] How to Lose Weight cheaply!
We genuinely don't aim to make low cost meals it's simply that when you cook healthily most meals are very low in cost to make.
We shop once a week at local markets and get fresh fruit, veg, hormone, anti biotic free and free range eggs and chicken for great prices. We buy the rest in my local supermarkets.
We choose brands based on quality (least preservatives and additives) and taste never because of marketing or brand. If you would like to know specific brands please contact us at support@HappyBod.com
