Why Can't I Conceive Or Get Pregnant With A Girl Baby?

I don't think that any one would argue that there's something very special about little boys. They are often extremely loving and more firmly attached to their mothers than you may have anticipated. Their high energy levels and need to constantly move with gusto can be a never ending source of entertainment. And the fact that they give dad a new male buddy, sports partner, or someone who will carry on the family name usually makes them very welcomed. But I sometimes hear from families who have several boys and who very much want a girl baby to round out (or at least cut into) the levels of testosterone in the house. Often, they've tried with the last pregnancy or pregnancies to get a girl, but somehow they keep conceiving boys. This article will focus on some adjustments that you can make to help ensure that you get a girl the next time around.

Check To See If Your Timing Is Too Late: Trying to conceive too late in your fertility window can mean that you are more likely to conceive a boy. Y or boy producing sperm is relatively vulnerable and weak so it lives for days less than the X or girl producing sperm. If you conceive even a few days before ovulation actually takes place, you're more likely to get a girl since the Y sperm will likely not hang around until the egg is viable. So, if you keep getting boys, it might be that you're only trying to conceive once ovulation has occurred and for our purposes, that's too late. This is very common as most ovulation predictors or methods mostly show "positives" only once ovulation has occurred, but this time frame is too late for a girl conception. Instead, you'll want to get a predictor (like saliva) that can start to show positive readings as early as four days before ovulation. Your best case scenario is to start trying 4 days before and to stop trying 3 days out.

Are You Currently Too Alkaline (Or Not Acidic Enough) To Conceive A Girl Baby?: The next thing that I'd like to look at is your acidity. If you keep conceiving boys, I'd be willing to bet that your vaginal PH trends toward alkaline. That's because boy sperm can not live well in an acidic environment (high PH), but they can thrive in a low PH (an alkaline environment.)

You can test this theory by getting PH test strips and seeing if this bears true. If your PH is indeed too low, you can bring it up by consuming highly acidic foods or by douching based on how low you really were. You can also combine both methods. Continue to use the strips to see how you are doing and how long it is taking.

A low PH does not mean that there's anything wrong with you or that you're doing something wrong. This is just an individual trait based on many factors. Luckily, it can safely and easily be changed and you will automatically go back to your normal level once you stop your conception regimen.

Why You Should Be Avoiding Orgasm And Deep Penetration During Intercourse: Going back to having a vaginal environment that is too alkaline, a female orgasm makes your vaginal tract more alkaline, and you don't want this. So, you'll want to avoid orgasm (only when you are trying to conceive.) You'll also want to focus on shallow penetration because deeper thrusting gives the Y sperm a slight edge and it's very easy to avoid this.
