Improving Your Chances of Falling Pregnant With an Holistic Approach

As a parent myself, I fully understand the importance to many couples to be able to have their own children, naturally.

I also can speak from experience, that it is not always immediately possible to conceive, and this very situation, in its own right, can actually cause even more stress, and emotional pain, that in itself, further reduces the likelihood of falling pregnant.

Having covered the basic introduction, where to from here?

Whilst I understand that some of this may be easier said than done, it is necessary to treat the overall environment, rather than just focus on one point of the problem, being a lack of pregnancy. To more clearly set about resolving this situation, you need to ensure that you effectively start with a clean slate, and assess your lifestyle choices.

To clarify, you need to look at ensuring your health is as optimum as possible, by reducing the intake of alcohol, and cutting out external pollutants like smoking. Please note I am not judging here, but rather indicating some basic changes to increase your body's chances of falling pregnant.

Please note this also applies to the father, as the sperm can be affected as well. I understand that again, easier said than done, stress needs to be managed. This can be done in a variety of ways, including the use of eastern meditation techniques, such as Qigong, that can take as little as 5 minutes per day.

In addition, you may need to look at the foods you are eating, and ensure you are eating as few processed foods as possible, and concentrating on healthy, well prepared quality foods.

Whilst it is advisable to be regularly checked by your medical professional, and adopt a healthy lifestyle, it is important to ensure that you are also as motivated and positive as possible.

Just thinking that you are doing the right things, is as important as actually doing them, and you do need to do them. In addition to the above, you need to exercise regularly, which can be as simple as a regular walk, three or four times a week. You do not need to become a gym junkie, and I assure you that your overall health will improve dramatically.

In my case, we fell pregnant after a few more months of trying, and making substantial changes.
