Theme Park Holidays: The Perfect Halloween Event

Halloween is one of those holidays, unlike Christmas and Easter, that is easy for families to celebrate separately. Between attending costume parties, haunted houses, cornfield mazes, trick or treating, and pumpkin patches, it's easy for families to scatter and each do "their own thing."

Even though our busy culture tends to separate everyone, the family feud can turn into family fun. Luckily for English families this year, theme park breaks are offering fun attractions and activities for the entire family!

Here's a rundown of the many opportunities available to your family.
Theme Park Holidays: The Perfect Halloween Event

Alton Towers. One of the UK's most popular theme parks is Alton Towers. It has both thrilling, exciting roller coaster rides such as "Th13TEEN" and "Rita, Queen of Speed," as well as many upbeat, fun rides for younger children. There is something there for every member of your family, no matter how big the age differences. Every fall, Alton Towers hosts a festival called Scarefest, a spooktacular, spine-tingling haunting horror adventure for the whole family. Several discount packages are available which includes admission and lodging for either two adults or a family of four.

LEGOLAND Windsor. With more than 50 rides and shows, LEGOLAND is considered to be one of the best theme parks in the UK and now offer great deals with lego land hotels. Get soaked on the Wave Surfer ride, go on safari riding the Adventurer's Express, and discover the Dragon in Knights' Kingdom. Children can even play with legos and create inventions in the Imagination Centre. Holler "ships ahoy!" as you explore the incredible land of Pirates. You can even hunt for treasure at Pirate Falls Dynamite Drench and learn swashbuckling skills before exploring the Pirate Ship.

Disneyland. Few would argue that a more magical place exists than Disneyland Park. Take your whole family to the wonderful world of Disney, including Disney Village. Stay at Seven Disney Hotels, where dreams come true. This year, visit the new Toy Story Playland adventure and the Disney Halloween Festival, brought to you by the most villainous, vile assortment of Disney bad guys.

So this year, keep the family together. Visit one (or all!) of the amazing UK theme parks this Halloween. Let the older children ride the most thrilling, spooky, adventurous rides while the younger children savor all the treats without the tricks. Don't let your family experience another Halloween busily rushing separate directions. Let us bring you together to enjoy the most spectacular sights and thrills of the season.
