It is recommended to eat up to six small snacks a day, thus supplying nutrients all through the day. By doing this you are ensuring that baby, gets all of its nutrients all day. This will provide substantial goodness for you and the baby.

You can also have a list, of all the food you are going to have. Make the list of all the food you really like, and then eliminate the ones you determine are not good for you and stick with the good ones. This will be beneficial for everyone too.
