From the moment we met him until the time we left Vietnam, we felt we had an old time friend in Tom. As our guide in Hanoi we couldn't have asked for a more enthusiastic guide to introduce us to this wonderful country. Tom's passion about his country, his knowledge of the history, his sense of humour and his friendship made our stay memorable.
Furthermore we found guides just as passionate, professional and friendly on our stops through Hoi An, Hue and Ho Chi Minh. Tom kept in touch by calling us on a regular basis even though he would have known we were in good hands. The sweetest thing he did was show up with a beautiful bunch of flowers as we were leaving Hanoi for my sister who was celebrating her birthday that day. This is the sort of personal touch Tho adds to his already excellent customer service. Also lending a sympathetic ear to some minor drama whilst we were miles away and doing his best to reassure and advise meant the world to us when we were feeling so helpless in a foreign country.
