I get a lot of emails from folks asking me to pinpoint exactly which things determine whether you will ultimately conceive a girl or a boy baby. Actually, there is only onekeyoutcomethat decides this. However, there are many things that you can do to influence how that outcome turns out. I'll explain this more in the following article.
XX Or XY: Whichever Sum You Get Is Going To Decide Whether You Get Pregnant With A Girl Or Boy Baby: Both partners (mother and father) are going to contribute chromosomes that decide your baby's gender. The female or mother-to-be is always going to contribute an X (a female chromosome.) This does not change. However, the male or the father-to-be is either going to contribute an X or a Y, depending upon several variables which I will discuss more later.So, considering that you'll be adding either an X or a Y to a stable and unchanging X, you're either going to get XX (two female chromosomes which will produce a baby girl), or XY (a female and a male which will produce a baby boy.) And this sum depends almost entirely on which sperm chromosomes are able to complete the job of fertilizing the egg first.Shooting For An XX When You Want To Conceive A Baby Girl: This article is going to cover the things that you can do if you're trying to conceive either gender, but we'll start with baby girls. In this case, you're wanting the father-to-be's chromosome to be an X. So, here's what you need to know about the X chromosomes. They are very hardy and they can live for days longer than the Y's, and this fact of life can help you quite a bit. But, the down side to this is that to give them the best chance, you need to conceive early. And, predicting ovulation several days in advance can be a little tricky.Luckily, there are some tools that can help to take the mystery out of this. You can use a saliva ovulation predictor that can show changes much sooner than the urine variety. This early conception window (three days before ovulation) is necessary because you're using timing to get rid of the much weaker (Y) male sperm, who can't survive for nearly as long. There are two more ways that you can do this as well.The second is making your pH highly acidic because this is another state that makes life a bit harder for the male producing sperm. One tool that makes this task easier are pHtest strips which measure your urine for acidity. This will give you a starting point and willtell you approximately how much you need to raise. And, you can raise through your diet and through douching with very specific recipes based on your unique reading.Finally, you should use shallow sexual positions when you try to conceive and you should avoid having an orgasms (for the female.) These things will again stack the odds for the X's.Shooting For XY When You Want To Conceive A Boy:Likewise, if you want a son, you need an XY outcome. If Ihad to pinpoint that advantages and disadvantages that are inherent to conceiving a boy, they are this. You only need to know when you have already ovulated. You don't have to predict it so far in advance. This is a bit easier. You can use the urine predictors for this, but Istill prefer the saliva because they offer any time testing and don't just limit you to once per day (first thing in the morning.)The disadvantage would be, of course, that the Y sperm are the weaker of the two and so you will likely have to lower your PH to make the environment more friendly to them. This is done the same way that I explained above with diet and douching and you can still use the strips. But, you'll be consuming the foods (low pH) that you omitted in the previous scenario and you'll be using douches that lower your pH rather than raise it.Finally, you want to use deep penetration to help minimize the weakness that I've discussed and you want to have an orgasm because these fluids help to make the environment lower in pH.I've put together a few websites that take a lot of the guess work out of choosing your baby's gender when getting pregnant.
