The process involved in reconditioning pallets can quite often be a time consuming and tiresome operation. The lifting system consists of a specially designed fork attachment, which is connected to a standard Pegasus Lifter. The lifter can be powered by either a 3 phase electrical supply or simply connected to an existing compressed air supply, making it suitable for both indoor and outside use. Pallets may be raised to a workable height, hovered, before being positioned and lowered down in the relevant stack. In the hover position, it is possible for an operator to fully inspect the pallet for damage as well as remove any remnants of packaging or general waste which may still be attached. The almost effortless and quick nature of the pallet lifting system, will allow operators to lift and inspect up to 1,400 standard euro pallets in a seven hour shift.
