But if a product was reviewed honestly by a customer who experienced using them, it is a safe play for the company.

But sometimes, it might affect the company because of bad but honest way of reviewing them. When it comes to cable television, it is a tough challenge for the customer to compare one company to another. Our customers are the key to make any business profitable and successful. If the business do not give them what they want or expect, then it may result to give them lower ratings and possible negative reviews. But if they will take action immediately to make the customers satisfied about their product or service, there is a chance that customers can give them positive reviews and ratings.
