Beautiful women are those with big breasts fact or fiction? Audrey Hepburn, Debra Messing, Keira Knightly, Kate Hudson, the notorious Paris Hilton, just to name a few are all A cup sized women. Would anyone dare say that they werent drop dead gorgeous? Yet women today are made to believe that small breasts are a cause for concern. Movies, magazines, game shows, reality shows etc all enhance the general inclination that big breasts get you noticed. Rihana, Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, Hillary Swank and Pamela Anderson are a few examples of big breasted women celebrities. Who wouldnt want to be like them? On the down side does anyone consider celebrities like Queen Latifah who needed to get breast reduction surgery due to severe back and shoulder pain caused by the weight of her F cup sized breasts? What about Drew Barrymore who not only got breast reduction surgery done once but twice and all for the sake of beauty? What are the risks involved in getting your breasts enhanced professionally or naturally? One of the surest ways to detect breast cancer is Mammography. However breast implants may hinder detection as they could hide suspicious lumps or lacerations. Further to this, the compression method used in Mammography may cause implants to rupture. Women with breast implants may also experience numbness in the breast and nipple area and although this is mostly temporary, the effects could also become permanent. Imagine now being able to feel your breast. In addition, implants have also been known to hinder breast feeding. So the professional method doesnt look good. What about natural breast enhancement? Women today feel that taking supplements are a safe way of achieving their ideal body. Experts say that herbal medicines have natural ingredients that can aid in enhancing breast size but there are still some lingering concerns. Saw Palmetto is one example of a commonly used herb in natural breast enhancement. Generally used to treat urinary symptoms, it has been noted to promote slow blood clotting and is not advisable to be consumed pre or post surgery. It has also been known to reduce the success of oral contraceptives. Another such herb is the Bovine Ovary which promotes growth hormones. However elevated levels of growth hormones in adults can cause diabetes, high blood pressure and unnatural growth of bones and internal organs just to name a few. Blessed Thistle on the other hand should not be used by pregnant women as it may cause miscarriages or birth defects. Buy a push up bra for that extra lift it is safer and healthier with the same desired results albeit temporary.
