I recently post on my Facebook wall that the next question that was ask, will answer and Im going to tell you what the question is and Ill tell you the answer that I feel is the best for you. The question is, you wanted a shoulder workout to prevent injuries because you have an athlete with a sore rotator cup. Okay, as you know, I am rarely straying for the topic of vertical jump training, I do have some video tips about relationship, strength training, the biceps and bench press, anyways, the shoulder area is really not my area of expertise and so rather than giving you a couple of workouts that you may ran on at work, let me refer you to the guy who is the shoulder guru and that is Eric Cressey. Eric Cressey is a friend of mine; weve talked about vertical jumping and other things, gives a better view of discussions. But anyways, the injury that you are dealing with and the sore that you are dealing with could be a number of things, hes going to be your best resource for aiming that. So Im going to send you directly to his page were you can surf his blog post, Ill see of you can find one thats going to be a cover all for this issue. But Eric Cressey is going to be your man so thank you Kevin for the question; sorry I couldnt give you a more point or response. Its not really straight from my area of expertise, its definitely Eric Cressey. So go check it out, the link to his site is bellow, if youre not able to get your questions answered hit me up on Facebook and ill see if I can contact Eric personally so that we can get that question answered.
