Have You Given Birth But Still Look Pregnant?

Have You Given Birth But Still Look Pregnant?

You can lose all of the pregnancy weight after baby is born by adding an arsenal of daily workouts for fast weight loss tactics. Fortunately for you there are alot of exercises available that are both effective and fun. The following three examples will help you supercharge your workout and you'll be back into your pre-pregnancy clothes before you know it.

The Reverse Curl: A woman who has just given birth must often strengthen her abdominals back up, and reverse curls are great for this. For this exercise, lie down on the floor looking up at the ceiling and bend your knees. Your feet need to be positioned just above your hips and and, keeping your arms on the floor, straight down from your shoulders and next to your torso, lift your hips off of the floor while drawing in your abs and breathing in and out. Slowly return to the start position and then repeat. Do this 20 times if you can. If you aren't able to do twenty in the beginning try increasing the amount you can do each day until you get to twenty. Go for fifty after that.

This particular exercise is great for your abs and for losing the muffin top but it also improves your posture and helps you with your confidence levels. Arm Flutters: This is a great post-natal exercise that can be completed right next to your baby's crib. Start out by lying on your back and putting your legs straight up. Now, pick your torso slightly off the ground and lift your arms while keeping them straight. Slowly lower back down and completely for 20-50 times. This will make your core strong, which means you'll be burning more calories. As long as you do this exercise at least three times a week, you'll see the baby weight drop off in no time.

Air Bike: To start this exercise, lie down on the floor and then, bend one knee up to touch the opposite elbow and then repeat on the other side. Repeat back and forth on each side. This is a great calorie burner and ab strengthener which is very important to women who have just given birth.

Each of these exercises can be done while your baby takes a nap. Even if you have to do several small workouts instead of one big one each day it is better than not doing any exercises at all. You can lose your pregnancy weight, you just have to want to do it. Thankfully, each of these three exercises will help you get there--if you do them often enough.
