I'm going to teach you how to side step three common failures to success online. Most people hear that making money online is easy. They watch a late nigh commercial on TV and then go online to make their fortune.
However, these people are easily beaten down at the first sign of failure. So read my list of common failures so that you are ready for them.
Failure #1:
Wasting time. Wasting time means that you're not working on your business. Maybe you are reading emails. Maybe you are on a forum chatting it up with your buddies.
You know if you are wasting time because you have that little voice in the back of your head telling you to start working.
If you find yourself wasting time, then you need to start creating a daily plan.
At night, before you go to bed, take out a sheet of paper and write down what you'd like to accomplish the next day. Write down any action steps you should take to achieve each.
Do this for 30 days and it will be ingrained in you to start working before you do less productive things.
Failure #2:
Not Testing. Not testing is another thing that will make your business fail.
If you set something in motion, like a website, it is going to need constant testing and optimization. Things never work the first time that you try them.
I often have to go back and change my content, call to actions, and other website options before I make money.
Failure #3:
Getting down and burnt out. I'm not the first to say that Internet marketing is a lonely place. Despite all the forums, chat rooms, and blogs, making money online can feel like you are on a deserted island - until you actually start making it.
To keep from getting burnt out and depressed about not making any money, you should first set goals.
Put these goals where you will see them everyday. Putting a sticky note with how much money you want to make will make all the difference.
And then stick with it. You need to dedicate yourself to making money online. Setup a blog and write reviews everyday. Or create a website dedicated to a product and write articles to promote it - everyday.
However you decide to make money, you have to do it every single day.
