Strap-On Fun – Vac-U-Lock Toys vs. Basix Rubber Works Toys

Strap-On Fun Vac-U-Lock Toys vs. Basix Rubber Works Toys

Everyone who's ever experienced any sexual encounter with a strap-on will likely tell you, if they're being honest about the whole situation, how utterly erotic and delicious the experience was. There are two main types of strap-on harnesses available on the market today one is the Vac-U-Lock harness and the other is a simple O-Ring harness. An O-Ring harness will come in many different shapes and styles to fit pretty much any size of body and so will a Vac-U-Lock harness. At the outset, there isn't much of a difference between either of them.

Both types give the user, usually a woman, the ability to either strap-on a toy and use it like a man would his own or for both men and women to use a thigh holster' which can be adjusted to fit on the thigh, shin, ankle, wrist, forearm, arm, etcetera anywhere the strap will strap down, including on tables, benches and the like. The differences between the two systems and two lines of toys are the cost, availability, and functionality.

Vac-U-Lock toys use a patented system by which the diildos, and other toys, have a hole in the base that is specifically designed to lock onto the Vac-U-Lock dock' or peg'. In order to use a Vac-U-Lock diildo, or other toy, you have to have a Vac-U-Lock harness or docking system (E-Z Rider Ball, Vac-U-Lock Handle, Vac-U-Lock Suction Cup, and so on). In order to use a Basix Rubber Works diildo, or other harness compatible toy, all you need is an O-Ring harness. Each type of toy, whether it's a Basix Rubber Works or a Vac-U-Lock, comes in exciting ranges of designs, colors, shapes, and useability.

When it comes to availability, Vac-U-Lock toys are probably more readily available than Basix Rubber Works toys at this time. Vac-U-Lock technology is patented by Doc Johnson, but they do allow usage of the system by other manufacturers and so different toys are available from a wide range of companies. Basix Rubber Works toys, while they do not use the Vac-U-Lock technology, are part of a range of toys from various manufacturers that can use any O-ring system. In terms of versatility in the realm of availability, it is probably nearly impossible to determine which toys are better'. O-ring harnesses are more widely available than Vac-U-Lock harnesses, but there are more Vac-U-Lock compatible toys on the market than there are Basix Rubber Works toys.

In terms of functionality, both Basix Rubber Works toys and Vac-U-Lock toys work like a charm. Each is stable, comes in styles for both vaginal and anal penetration, and is easy to use. Their main difference is cost. Vac-U-Lock systems will, if you purchase any non-Doc Johnson toy or harness, run a little more expensive than an O-Ring harness and a Basix Rubber Works toy. If, however, you go right to the source, Doc Johnson, the cost comparison becomes moot. The bottom line is that each system is pretty much the same and it's up to you in terms of aesthetics and which band you ultimately prefer for your strap-on fun.
