They miss inner strength and they can't be real till they receive the approval of others. If you are one of these gentlemen then you should evolve to alter that behavior immediately.
You have to discover what that vacancy is; you want to question yourself why you desire that girl so hard, what gets you care her. After you find the answer then dig deeper for more answers. This will serve you to recognize about yourself. It could be something similar to feeling essential or the need for acknowledgement. After you find the decent answer pick up activities that cause you to feel important. Is it finding new things, taking chances, discovering new attainments, it could be anything. After you have your needs satisfied you will feel more important and self-confident the character that is magnetic and winning to women.
