The author, Erik Qualman has written a volume that will probably will completely change the way we view the world. The book clearly tells the story about how the rise of social media is effecting every facet of human behavior across the globe.
Socialnomics begins by examining the impact new media is having on everyone's personal behavior and then goes on to explain the impact on corporate and government systems behavior. The author does a comprehensive job illustrating how the power of WOM, or Word Of Mouth is "put on steroids" through the use of new media, social media and Web 2.0.
