Even foods marked as good for you like soy products. Soy can negatively affect your thyroid and also disrupts your regular hormone levels. You also need to keep away from dairy products. They are maxed out with antibiotics and hormones. And dont worry about not getting enough calcium, you can get all the calcium you need from leafy veggies and almonds. And its also very important to, stay away from any foods that include a long list of chemicals and preservatives.
