West Palm Beach Chiropractors, auto accidents - Medical Aspect

Auto accidents and chiropractic care: the "Medical Aspect".

Have you been involved in an auto accident? Are you experiencing pain or discomfort? West Palm Beach Chiropractors.

You've been injured as a result of a car accident. You decide to come see me, a chiropractor, to help you with your injuries. What will I do to help alleviate your discomfort? Why come to me? Understand that there are two aspects that I deal with when a car accident patient walks through my door. The first and most important aspect, in my opinion, is the "medical aspect". The second aspect, if you have a lawyer, is the "legal aspect". What do I mean when I say "medical aspect"? What I mean is quite simple. What am I as a chiropractor going to do to make sure you get the proper care that you need in order to ensure the best chance of getting you back to pre-accident status? With over 15 years of experience in treating injuries sustained as a result of motor vehicle accidents, I will evaluate your injuries and prescribe the proper treatment plan necessary to help achieve maximum benefits. I will help alleviate your discomfort with chiropractic treatment including, but not limited to, the chiropractic adjustment. A proper chiropractic adjustment is essential in helping to restore motion to the injured area. It is my opinion that in most cases with joint restriction, the failure to deliver a proper chiropractic adjustment will only lead to failure in obtaining optimum results. Therefore, if you come to me and I find joint restriction. I will correct it. Furthermore if, during the course of treatment, I determine that a referral to another specialist is necessary to further evaluate your condition, you will be referred. I work with many specialists including, but not limited to, orthopedics, neurologists, pain management specialists, etc. If diagnostic testing such as an MRI is necessary, then you will be referred for evaluation. Bottom line: Do everything warranted and necessary in order to attain the best possible results. In addition, not only will you receive excellent and necessary care but you can also feel confident that your pain and suffering is being properly documented. Proper documentation is essential and the key to the "legal aspect" in demonstrating your injuries.
