Playing Bakugan With Special Treatment Bakugan

Since the first season of the Bakugan series, there have been many versions of the Bakugan that were released and many looked out for. These versions, called generally as Special Treatment Bakugan by the Bakugan community, are different from the ordinary Bakugan balls in appearance. There were many of them, from the BakuFrost series, to the BakuSteel series, to the BakuNeon, and more. Each one has their own special feature, and the series were named after these special features. For example, the BakuNeon series was highlighted by the neon-colored Bakugan balls.

As the normal gameplay for the Bakugan game largely only pertains to Bakugan of the six Attributes (Pyrus, Haos, Darkus, Aquos, Ventus, and Subterra), the Special Treatment Bakugan have their own rules to follow. This is because most of the Special Treatment Bakugan do not follow the six main Attributes in appearance. In playing with them, one would have to refer as to how to determine the Attribute to be used first before battling.

Some Special Treatment Bakugan are treated as regular Bakugan, but others have special circumstances. For example, the Translucent Bakugan (and the others that also do not have a certain Attribute) will have to be given an Attribute. This is done by the player, who has the choice of choosing among one of the six Attributes or to go along with the opponent's Attribute. Other Special Treatment Bakugan follow this rule, such as the BakuLyte, BakuNeon, and BakuSolar Bakugan. Once the player has decided on the Attribute, battle will commence.

Other Special Treatment Bakugan include the Clear Bakugan, the BakuCrystal, the Dual Attribute Bakugan, the Pearl Bakugan, Crimson and Pearl, the BakuPearl, and the BakuFrost. These follow a different rule again. In using the Clear Bakugan, you will be using your opponent's Attribute as your own, and then a battle ensues. If both players are using Clear Bakugan, each one will choose their own Attribute to use. If the battle is between a Clear Bakugan and a Translucent Bakugan, the player with the Translucent Bakugan will choose his Attribute first and the player with the Clear Bakugan will follow that Attribute. The BakuCrystal Bakugan follows the same rules as the Clear Bakugan.

With a Dual Attribute Bakugan, another rule is followed to determine the Attribute it will use. It's just simple; just choose which one of its two Attributes will be used in the brawl. As for using the BakuMutation Bakugan, the Attribute used can be changed to that of the opponent is that opponent is a Special Treatment Bakugan.

In determining the G-Powers of the Special Treatment Bakugan, there is also a difference from the usual rules concerning regular Bakugan. With especially the Pearl Bakugan, the Crimson and Pearl Bakugan, the BakuPearl, and the BakuFrost, there are two choices. Either the regular G-Power bonus on the Gate Card is used or the highlighted Gate bonus is.

More clarifications on the rules regarding all Bakugan can be found online and on Bakugan sites. There are also forums where players can discuss the rules and ask when they get confused about a rule or two. Questions are especially not unheard of where Special Treatment Bakugan are concerned.
