The parents are too busy with their works and sometimes they get stress. For ordinary parents, that stress disturbs them. But for the others, that stress update the parent's mind about how to maintain the stress. If they can maintain it, they can also do it to their children.
As same as maintaining stress, maintaining the diet will give the parents some abilities to control their children's health from their diet. That ability will give many good effects such as the fewer parents and children get sick, the less money, time, effort or even lives the parents would lose; the faster the parents can recover the less stress they have to face. Because of it too, there is no health insurance that pays them altogether. With that condition, the parents can save their energy because they need to stay healthy with full energy to enjoy life and face challenges which can pass them and their beloved family every time. With the ability, the parents can not only improve their selves to give the best for their children but also educate their children to solve their problems which may be as same as the parents' problems in the future.
