Do not pick or squeeze the bumps if they develop. Doing so would make them worse. So it is advisable to effect treatment as they develop.

From experience I have found out that infant diaper cream is very effective in getting rid of it fast. Apply the cream gently wherever it develops or where you feel it might develop.

Razor bumps could get infected fairly easily so attend to it immediately it develops. Local antibiotics might also be effective in treating it.
