One24 Review One24 Compensation Plan IRC Comparison

The One 24 or 124 Incentivized Referral Plan created in part by co founder Mark Seyforth is as he says a total disruption to the network marketing or mlm industry. In this review article we will look at a few of the main compensation plans and how it differs from the new IRP offered by One 24.

For those of you not familiar with the several now standard forms of compensation plans offered by most home based income opportunities there are really only about 3 to 4 different types. Most companies use one or a combination of these following compensation plans.

1. Unilevel: Which means you may sponsor as many new members to the program and place them on your first level of business. There may be 4, 10 or more levels, but the first level is unlimited.

2. Binary: As the name implies you may only refer two new members to your business and each member whom you refer can only refer two new members. Any additional members must be placed somewhere below an existing member either on your left team member or your right.

3. Matrix: This system limits the number of members you can refer on your first level. It could be 2, 3, 5 or 7. Each level expands by multiplying the first level number. Such as 2 x 2 which is 4 for the second level x 2 which is which is 8 for the third and so on for the total number of levels. If the matrix is a 2 x 5 you would have 32 members who could join on the 5th level. Any additional members you personally sponsor after 2 must be placed on a lower level of your matrix in order to fill the matrix.

4. Break Aways: this is really an older form of networking and with modern computers and software really is archaic and out dated, if a company is still using this form of compensation it is really showing its age and its inability to get with the times. In this system you purchase product from your sponsor and when you reach a certain volume designated by your company you can start ordering directly from the company. This type of system leads to what is referred to in the industry as front loading where distributors where encouraged to purchase large amounts of inventory in order to qualify for bigger discounts from the company.

With One 24 or 124 new Incentivized Referral Plan you are truly rewarded for simply referring others to the company's product and they do the rest. The reason Mark Seyforth feels there will be a disruption is that once people try this type of plan they may not want to go back to doing business any other way. With his plan you as the preferred customer are also rewarded for simply ordering product for your first four months in this business. Every new person who joins the company after you is placed automatically in your "Silver P.C. Bonus Downline" and you receive a percentage which grows each month for four months. Again this means even if you don't refer anyone new to the business you will be rewarded in the form of a check.

One 24 or 124 has several other ways of earning money which I won't go into in this review. But as I mentioned for those of us who have experience all the other forms of compensation plans and tried to make them all work this by far has to be the simplest way of building an organization. When it comes down to it, if you want to build a large organization you have to be able to attract the person with the least experience and allow them to experience immediate success of some kind in order to retain them or keep them from quitting. If you can do this the chances of them sharing the opportunity with others is more likely to happen. For someone like me who has been around the block a few times with this crazy business it is time for a disruption in the industry. One 24 or 124 can disrupt it all they want.
