Believe it or not, it's NOT that difficult. And it doesn't need to be about hype, or false promises or doing anything weird, unethical or unseemingly either. Pick a HIGH EPC program. (average earnings per 100 visitors) You get these from the MAJOR affiliate networks, not the smaller digital download offers that many beginners use. Find products with BIG buck brands, that spend millions of dollars on offline advertising and then build a dedicated blog around that one product. (or brand) I don't want to name names here per se.....but think of the big diet companies, the big dating offers and the like. They DO offer affiliate programs, they ARE free to join and they DO convert like crazy as well. (and they are great for turning LITTLE traffic streams into BIG bucks to boot!)
Article Affiliate Arbitrage:
You need a keyboard, and URL and content. That's it. No blog, no maintenance and not much else. Simply create content like we discussed in the recommendation above, but rather than use it for a blog, submit to the high page trust article directories. Use your URL, on the root level, to re-direct to the affiliate offer using your id or cookie. Again, the success of this strategy is picking offers you KNOW convert well already. Don't re-create the wheel. Instead, let the marketplace TELL you what's selling, what's making money for other affiliates, and then leap on those offers and fire away! (by the way, I've used this specific approach to generate over one MILLION readers in one niche alone just in 2009, with nothing but a pen name, a 99 cent domain and my traveling keyboard..:-)

Build relationships, rapport and PREMIUM priced, personal service offers in any arena you have authority, expertise or PASSION. Coaching, mentoring, teaching, consulting, monthly memberships, tele seminars, you name it.....you can sell it. Remember, it's FAR easier to sell 10 people a $1000 high end coaching offer, than it is to sell 100 people a $97 ebook.
