If you have anything other than the basic package from your cable or satellite company, you should consider down grading to one. Having your television only pick up a basic number of channels is better than no channels at all and it can save you $50.00 or a month on that alone.
If you have an extra room in your home, rent it out. It is important to bring as much money into your home as you can and people with an extra room used to do this all of the time. There are ways to generate a little extra income if you put your mind to and it might not require a lot of work on your part.
For emergencies, you can always use a payday loan or cash advance to get you through until payday. You should only do this if you are really in need because the last thin you want to do is spend extra money if you do not have to, but sometimes a person might not have any choice. Stretching your payday from week to week is a balancing act and it is never easy to keep from tipping the scales.
