subject: Yellow Teeth Treated By Morganville Teeth Whitening [print this page]

Morganville teeth whitening is really the best way to get rid of all those stains and yellowing that we all hate so much. Of course, you can't just expect the treatment to take care of it alone. You also need to take some steps to KEEP your teeth white, as it's not a one-time-fix-forever. So you need to couple the treatment itself with a few things you can do at home to keep them white.

So here's your teeth whitening checklist...

Keep Up With Your Dental Hygiene

You know the drill: Brush, floss and wash. Most of us, let's admit, just brush a couple times a day. But really taking care of your teeth requires that you go the whole nine yards with the flossing and mouth wash. Your teeth will get stained and yellowed again, but by brushing regularly and practicing good oral hygiene in general, you can greatly reduce the frequency of visits to the whitening center.

Use Some Home Whiteners

The pastes and strips you can use at home are, of course, not quite as effective as the real treatment, but, they CAN keep your teeth whiter, longer, and even prevent any further significant yellowing altogether. So after whitening, pick out some pastes or strips and start using them at the first sign of further stains and yellowing.

Quit Smoking

Quit smoking and cut back on coffee, black tea, anything that's known to stain teeth. No matter how well you care for your teeth, these habits WILL lead to more staining in the future. You don't have to give up your coffee altogether, just know that it will take its toll. As for smoking, if you've been looking for an excuse to quit, you can't ask for much better than keeping your teeth white.
