Buying From A Reputable E Cigarette Retailer

The electronic cigarette is steadily gaining more and more popularity everyday. Pretty soon, it might just reach the super stardom status of the Apple iPhone or the Amazon Kindle e-book reader. Smokers are finding out that they have an alternative to smoking tobacco products and that they could actually use the e cigarette to help them quit smoking, although the e cigarette is not a cessation device.

With all of the hooplah about e cigarettes, it's no wonder that you might have started looking online to find a reputable retailer. You want the transaction to go as smoothly as possible, with as little hassle as possible. You want a high quality product that is backed by a company that will honor their products.

The quest to find a reliable company, however, can be a little difficult. You might soon find out that many e cigarette retailers are based out of China, and a typical wait time to receive your product from the time that you order can take at least 3-4 weeks before it gets to your home. You might have come across a company that doesn't have a number that you can contact them at, a company who doesn't provide even a contact form to contact them through their website.

While there is a chance that companies who have these characteristics may be reliable, you just don't want to risk it. So what do you do at this point? What characteristics do you look for in a company to ensure that the transaction will go smoothly as possible?

First, find a company that is not biased, a company that doesn't claim that the single brand of e cigarettes that they sell is the "best" and "supreme" model available on the market. Such claims are almost always untrue, as a product is only determined as the best by the customers themselves and not necessarily the company selling them. You need to find a company that has a way to contact them, either through phone or through email. The last thing you want to do is fork out your money to a company that has absolutely no way to contact them.

Avoid e cigarette companies that offer so-called free trials for a certain amount of days. There is a very, very good chance that the free trial period, which is usually 14 days, will start from the day that you place the order. Then, these companies will not ship your product until a couple weeks later, at which point it is already past your free trial period, and the company will charge your credit card, which you had to supply at the time of the free trial sign-up, for the full amount of the starter kit, which is usually more expensive than most models you can find elsewhere.

The vaping experience is supposed to be a pleasurable one. You don't want to deal with the headache of ordering from a company that cannot be contacted or a company that cheats you out of your free trial. Find a reputable e cigarette retailer to make your first e cigarette experience a successful one!
