I am so excited that few days from now Christmas will be celebrated. It has been a rough year for me and for my family. When the month of November arrived, we were like thinking of what new Christmas home decorating idea we are going to have at home. We first enjoyed the Halloween celebration and decorated our home with great spooky ornaments. But outside we made use of our planter boxes to commemorate the festivity.
After the Halloween there are so many things to do like fixing all the used decorations during the feast. We were like checking online with so many ideas showing on the search results in Google. It was really great watching all the best yuletide decorating ideas. Home and gardening enthusiasts are great at what they are doing. As an aficionado with interior decorations myself, I have come up with a simple yet striking idea. I was thinking of my modern planters as some added decorations at home.
I have several modern and commercial planters at home and to create something for Christmas out of them would be a lot of work for me. But I have visited some home and gardening stores and saw some illuminated planters. I was so happy because it was really part of my idea. At least I do not have to worry about attaching the Christmas lights to light up my big commercial planters at home. I will just plant a 3foot Christmas tree on there. I think I have completed my idea and started working on them.
The simplest to fix is the illuminated planter. I have different colors selected for the planters. I had the Christmas colors on all the 6 planters that I had purchased. I have selected green, red and white. With the three together it was like paradise. I was really happy just looking at my plan. The best that I had created is the commercial planters with the small Christmas tree planted on it. I had also attached Christmas lights and some silver ornaments like bells and silver coated poinsettias.
So far, lots of guests really loved my Christmas home decorating idea and would love to get my ideas with the planters. They are thinking about customizing their flower boxes at home. It is actually another great idea. I am thinking about it next year. Great Christmas for everybody!
