A Afternoon Trip To Cairo From Cyprus

A Afternoon Trip To Cairo From Cyprus

I went to Egypt for one afternoon by flying from Paphos to Cairo in August 2007 when on holiday in Cyprus. It took one hour to have there. I booked the journey having a travel agent in Paphos also it expense ?200 Cyprus per individual travelling with Louis Travel.

The day time was packed with many different things to attend to. We arrived at Cairo and was swiftly transported to a coach, which took us to our 1st destination - Citadel of Saladin.

We spent some time here inside the mosque jogging all-around it.

Our up coming quit was the Pyramids of Giza and also the Mighty Sphinx. Our coach information gave us lots of information, such as do not carry your belongings when jogging all around. Carry as much less as feasible, mainly because you'll have to stopped along the way and asked to purchase souvenirs. There is only a tomb down the bottom once within. Following this we went to some 5 star hotel referred to as the Meridian hotel in which we sat and had a four course lunch. The meals was great. I also bought an Egyptian painting scroll with my name written on it in Egyptian once again.

Subsequent, we pay a visit to the Museum of Egyptian Antiquities where our Information Rep gave us a tour. We saw Tutankhamen and we visited the Mummy space. The Mummy space is not to become missed. The background and look of these Mummies are pretty distinctive.

The subsequent journey was the Cruise over the Nile with folkloric presentation, belly dancing, cold sandwiches, cookies, coffee / tea in addition to a complimentary glass of champagne. This was quick buck . of all, as we cruised down the Nile whilst consuming meals watching the entertainment. Soon after eating, we went out onto the deck and took some photos with the Nile.

Will take about, we went back to Cairo airport and travelled by air to Paphos. We had snacks about the airplane which was included in our vacation.
