The important thing is that you are writing your feelings and that is one way of purging the hurt out if you.

Give yourself a treat...Stop punishing yourself... Pamper yourself. Go to the spa and have a massage, a facial, a foot scrub and whatever they have to offer. Treat yourself to a fancy restaurant. Buy that expensive perfume you have always wanted. Eat a banana split. Have a haircut. The focal point here is do whatever it is that you have always wanted to do but can't. Be kind to yourself and feel good about it.

Try to change your routine...Never stick to doing the same thing over & over... You unknowing integrate your routine with your ex when you were together. Your daily routine has been established with your ex included.

Change your routine. If you normally go home with your ex after work, then change it by going to the gym to workout after office. You can even take extra courses after work or take up a new sport like badminton or squash. There are a lot of possibilities for you. You just have to learn to open up and explore.
