Have you heard of French paradox

Have you heard of French paradox

The French paradox refers to the fact that although the French consume three times as much as Americans saturated diet, one-third less French people die from heart attacks and obesity than American people. Puzzled American scientists and other health experts from around the world have tried to discover the "secret" behind the French paradox. Most French insist that the only "secret" is in watching portion sizes and daily fat intake as well as choosing fresh foods over processed foods and deny that there is a "French paradox."

The basic math of calories, and amount of fat calories, consumed versus exercise expended definitely matters in weight maintenance, gain and loss. you can enjoy rich cheese and other favorite foods while you work on your health and weight loss issues, but you watch portion sizes and have to increase your physical activity and loose your weight by 10 lbs. in a little over a month.

But for most of the people this is not so easy
Have you heard of French paradox

Acai berry is helpful in french paradox & weight loss remedies

The strong sunlight of South America produces tremendous

ultra-violet light stress which triggers free radicals to

form in the fruit. Acai develops high levels of Anthocyanins because

of their high antioxidant properties which stabilize the free radicals.

INCREASE ANTHOCYANINS

Anthocyanins are flavonoids known as polyphenols that pack a powerful punch through antioxidants. Anthocyanins are found in copious quantities in acai berry. Thus, acai berry provides the French with a protection against heart disease, even though the typical French diet is high in saturated fat.

You can increase your consumption of anthocyanins by increasing your consumption of acai berry--which may bring other problems that you would rather not have--or you can add red wine, blueberries and other high anythocyanin fruits to your diet.

CONSUME ANTHOCYANINS IN LIQUID FORM

Anthocyanins are available in pill form. However, in most or all pill sources of anthocyanins, the anthocyanins have been extracted from their food sources, with the fiber and pulp discarded. Studies indicate that the results of taking anthocyanins in pill form are not as great as the results of taking anthocyanins through consumption of fruits high in anythocyanins or by consuming anthocyanin supplements in liquid form.

INCREASE OMEGA

3s Along with anthocyanins,Omega 3s--fish oils, have a protective benefit regarding heart disease. Increase Omega 3s by eating more salmon, walnuts and flax seed. Supplements are available, but go natural as much as possible.

KICK THE SUGAR ADDICTION

To reduce heart disease, follow the French example and consume less sugar. The French diet consists of significantly less sugar than the American diet. The French eat pastries, but the pastries are more buttery than sugary. Sugar is an addictive substance when it is refined and consumed in large quantities. Obviously, some sugar is good for us. But this sugar needs to come from fruits and vegetables. Over consumption of sugar leads to increased weight, which is linked to increased heart disease.
