You should always remember to do your homework especially when it comes to running costs of major appliances, some can have high electrical needs. Always do your homework with appliances, check the energy rating as large appliances can cost a lot due to the amount of energy they use. Always remember that you must measure the appliance, you don't want to find space an issue if you take delivery of the latest washing machine that doesn't fit.
