Buy Goji - Better Than Acai?

If you like to look after your health and are constantly on the look out for what's next on the horizon of the health food market, you've probably heard a fair bit about the wonderful Goji berry.

If you're from Asia then you're probably laughing at all the fuss. After all goji berries have been a staple in the east for thousands of years!

The rest of the world seems to be just now catching on. I think the acai berry is soon gonna have some company at the top of the superfood heap!

So what's the deal, should we be stockpiling goji juice, berries and supplements like it was going out of style?
Buy Goji - Better Than Acai?

Needless to say, there is no magic bullet out there. You really have to adopt a balanced approach to your health and can't expect on little berry to allow you to lose 50 pounds in a week!

However, if you consistently add super healthy foods like goji berries, acai berries and other "living foods", you will build an incredibly strong foundation for your health!

That being said, goji berries aren't becoming so incredibly popular the world over for nothing!

They've been shown to be absolutely ram packed with antioxidants and essential amino acids. They've also been known to boost energy levels and help maintain an an optimal weight.

You might be wondering.... "Do I buy goji berries, juice or supplements?"

In my opinion, Goji supplements do have a few distinct advantages.

Me and many people do not like the actual taste of the goji juices on the market or the dried berries, so the supplements are a great way to get the goji nutrition without the "yech!"... if you catch my drift.

Plus, I just find supplements to be a lot easier to stick to and taking on a regular basis. But that's just my opinion. I know other people prefer the idea of consuming the actual fruit in a "fresh" form.

In addition to it's massive antioxidant powers, goji berries are said to also lower cholesterol, help with eyesight and improve liver functions.

It's not surprising that Asian medicine has relied heavily on the goji's nutritional properties for thousands of years! Well better late than never, we're finally realizing the goji's potential!

It really does look like the goji berry is here to stay. In fact, it has been gaining tremendous steam and is poised to become the most popular superfood out there.
