ON THE GO TO CULINARY TOUR TO ISRAEL

In Palestinian territories, Ramallah and Bethlehem are the most prominent spots to go for dining. The meals in these places offer a high-end class taste yet affordable for everybody. Simple combinations of foods can give tourists the on-the-go feel yet still experiencing the Palestinian delight. The common fast food combination is falafel or grilled meats, ka'ek or elongated sesame bagels and strong coffee.

While on Jerusalem tour, tourists may be attracted to Nablus, located north of West Bank, because of its famous sweets specialties. Famous delicacies in this place are mtabbak and kunafeh. The former is a flaky treat packed with custard-like cheese while the latter is a white cheese delight topped with sugar-coated fried noodles. On the other hand, while on Hebron, check for a rice and lamb dish called kedra. This meal is packed with saffron specially jar-cooked in steam.

The night club in these areas are more subtle than Tel Aviv. There may be a few bars or clubs in the area but they are only packed during Thursday nights. Although Bethlehem and Ramallah's drinking spree is of lower regard than Tel Aviv, Gaza is an alcohol-free region.
