After all these shower procedures, the people should wipe body care products, or ice compress the hot skin with towel that wrapped with ice so that to reduce the uncomfortable feeling.

2) Do facial mask for skin is a good way, and the cucumber with egg white facial mask is recommended. At first, put the cucumber into refrigerator in advance, and then whip the material into paste with mill, next add the egg white to beat them together well. At this time,

wipe the facial mask on face and clean them up after the moisture dry. As the cucumber rich in nutrients and could directly moisturize the skin which have lost large amounts of water because of sun, it can increase the skins ability of regeneration. In addition, egg white contains large numbers of protein which also could help repairing the skin, therefore, this facial mask is a very good repair mask.

Second, another skill for sun precaution must depend on the food. There is a kind of photosensitive foods, like coriander, Chinese chives, soy sauce, turnip and so on which could be easy to make the spots come out and aggravate the ultraviolet ray to hurt skin if eat more. But the fish, white gourd, cauliflower, strawberry, etc., are fine against sun foods, eat more these foods could absorb moisturize and exposes to the sun ingredients.
