subject: Treatment For Pimples [print this page]

Many people might get away with not having a full on acne break-out, but oftentimes they'll at least get one pimple of their face. I know that when I was a boy I had the most annoying one on my chin. I tried many of my own "home-made" techniques which just made it worse. But now that I understand the biology behind spots, I'd like to introduce you to some ways that you can safely get rid of them.

Firstly, you should realize how dangerous it can be if you start messing around with your pimple. At the moment you only have to deal with one, but it you try and squeeze it and pull at it, you can make the situations worse. The reason, if because if you try to squeeze it you'll push the sedum under the skin where it will come up again in several more places. This will surly cause an acne break-out as you will now has spread the surface area.

Okay, with that out the way, lets begin out strategy from getting rid of your pimple. You want to start by going to the sink and washing your hands with warm soapy water. Then you need to very gently wash your face and the infected area. Use warm soapy water and wash for about a minute of so. Avoid using a flannel or anything like that or else you may spread the acne further.

Once your finished washing, you'll want to dry yourself with a dry towel. Then you should get some salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide cream that you can apply to your infected pimple. What this will do it help your skin to remain moist. Otherwise what tends to happen is all the skin that surrounds the pimple will dry up, which often results in a nasty infection.

Now that this has been done, you need to learn how to make a simple home made remedy to get rid of the redness and infection. Th easiest way to do this, is to search for dermabrasion with eggs in the search engine. You'll be taken to pages which contain the exact recipe. Once you have made it, you need to apply it and then stick a clean tissue on over the spot and leave it for the night.

In the morning, the pimple should have just about gone. And even if it hasn't just yet, it will be on it's way out. If it still has redness then apply more of the dermabrasion and if it has dry skin around it, then moisturize it again and wrap it up.
