The certificate should also state all the vaccinations that the pet has had, and why. Many people today choose to vaccinate their pets themselves. Check to see what kind of verification you will need to prove that the dog has been vaccinated. If they insist a vet do it after you've already taken care of it, you could have a problem.
When traveling it is best to be prepared for whatever is thrown at you, as well as if you want to travel to different countries. In fact, the more prepared you are for traveling, the less problems you will run into!
