Not because their smarter, it's simply because they use more words to communicate. Giving the illusion of education through words most people don't often use. Being that I wasn't going to sit down and read a dictionary I opted for the second option to take the generic out of my online resume cover letter.

I've seen improvement and the feed back I'm getting through call backs and interviews tells me I'm on the right track. Now let me be thorough with my explanation. It wasn't just the letter that is making this happen. I also mixed in other pointers to the letter to make it stand out and cause the reader to call me in for an interview. Getting more interviews was the beginning, now I just need to get the right job offer. I've been offered a position but I would have to move and I want to stay close to my family.
