Watch Before You Leap To Buy A Watch:

A watch can be defined as a portable timepiece which is small in size and designed to be worn on the persons wrist. It is so common now that it seems a little silly to define what it is because people are so familiar with the various types of watches and the different brands that are around.

The type of watch a person wears usually says a lot about the person. Sometimes, people hide their watch under the sleeve of the shirt because they may be embarrassed about wearing the watch inappropriately. For example, people wearing a sports watch or dive watch while wearing corporate attire. Some people like to flash their fancy watches to make a bold statement about their net worth or upbringing. These watches are worn to attract the eyes of people around the person wearing the watch. Men who live in urban areas are increasingly getting more and more fashion conscious and like making fashion statements.

Every watch has a small accurate mechanism inside no matter what kind it is. Watches can de divided into two types: mechanical and battery operated which can be further divided into electronic (without hands, only numbers) quartz (look as mechanical but instead of a driving spring they have a small electric motor) and analogous digital watches that in someway combine a digital display and "old" hands.
