Best Places For Your Holidays In Europe!

Now days time is the most important concern for working peoples. I am one of them. Last month I went some European destinations for short holidays with my family and my trip to Europe was fantastic. I was looking for places where we can reach within short period of time from London.

8 hours on a plane is a day wasted but nowhere 2 hours away is warm enough or far enough for me to really feel like I'm on holiday. The suitable flight duration for me was 3-4 hours and looking on the world map, there are plenty of luxurious and relaxing destinations within my suitable time. I went through best travel industries website but none of the travel companies consider that. I decided to research for those facing the same problem like me.

So, which are the best Holiday destinations for peoples those want to fly from UK?

This article may help you find your holiday destinations where you can easily reach within short period of time.
Best Places For Your Holidays In Europe!

I went through Google search and found following destinations:

1 Amsterdam is the capital of the Netherlands with impressive architecture, lovely canals that criss cross the city, great shopping, and friendly people who nearly all speak English well. There is something for every travelers taste here, whether you prefer culture and history, serious partying, or just the relaxing charm of an old European city. Amsterdam has over a million inhabitants in the urban area, and is in the Province of North-Holland. Amsterdam is not the seat of government, but it is the biggest city and the cultural and creative centre of the Netherlands.

2 Gibraltar This is a unique place for the curious traveler. Take time to explore the caves and tunnels especially those not meant for tourists! The inside of the rock is an absolute labyrinth with the secret internal roads and tunnels 4 times longer than those on the surface. Military presence and security in this otherwise deserted area is strong but almost invisible.

3 Venice is still one of the most interesting and lovely places in the world. This sanctuary on a lagoon is virtually the same as it was six hundred years ago, which adds to the fascinating character. Venice has decayed since its heyday and is heavily touristed, but the romantic charm remains.

4 Riga is experiencing a new Renaissance as the capital of Latvia, and many large-scale restoration projects on old buildings have made Riga one of the most attractive cities in Europe. Most famously, Riga is home to the largest concentration of Jugendstil architecture in the world. Riga has become an increasingly popular destination for Europeans drawn by its old town, its historical importance, and its reputation as having the best nightlife in Europe.

5 The city of Krakw is the capital city of the Malopolskie province in the southern region of Poland. It covers both banks of the Wisla river. Uplands region at the foot of the Carpathian Mountains. It is Poland's third largest city, with a population of 756,000 in 2007.

There are lots of beautiful destinations in Europe I cant describe in a single article. I will be coming soon with more destinations where we can enjoy short holiday breaks or weekend breaks.
