subject: Magic Submitter Review Numero Dos! [print this page]

In my previous Magic Submitter Review I covered automated account creation at article directories, bookmarking services, blogs, RSS web sites and video websites. Everything went fairly smooth and quick. This review deals with the real substance of the software, submitting content.

Magic Submitter can use the 3rd party CAPTCHA solving service decaptcher, or the user can decipher the images manually. Magic Submitter is also multi-threaded so you can opt for utilizing 3 threads for increased speed. using decaptcher and multi-threading is speedy, but it does appreciably cut down on successful submissions.

Nearly everyone seems to be knowledgeable about social bookmarking. You can find dozens of social bookmark sites that allow users to share links to their favorite web sites. Magic Submitter has twenty five inbuilt bookmark sites. Bookmarking went smoothly. I was utilizing decaptcher to work out the CAPTCHA images and used multiple browsers. One note on success rates. I was utilizing the auto retry feature, which automatically skips a website that has 3 failed tries. If you disable this feature you can make out what the errors are and probably correct them.

Next, I move on to Article Directories and submitted a truly unique article. The article submission wasn't perfect. There was the matter of many of my accounts not being operational. I do not know if this was due to Magic Submitter not truly clicking the confirmation links, or troubles with the article directories. Whichever way, subsequent to a few labor-intensive clicks on links in activation emails, I was able to submit my article.

Blogs, blogs, blogs - the plague (and substance) of the web. The blog submissions went fairly well. All in all, I was able to successfully submit my content to 4 out of 5 blogs. Magic Submitter is an excellent automatic submitter, but there are a few blogs that need some manual involvement.

Next, I submitted RSS feeds to RSS aggregators. I was able to submit the feeds to all, but one site. One of which was solving a CAPTCHA and the other was actually a successful submission, but Magic Submitter didn't "see" the success text.

Video Submission did not go nearly as well as I would have liked. I was submitting a reasonably small video of twenty five MB. There was a very annoying problem with video submission. Magic Submitter would open the folder to select the video and get stuck. It didn't happen on all the websites, but it did happen a lot. From time to time the program would get stuck on a site and never submit the video. I spoke with Alexandr about this matter and he said it would be fixed in a soon to be released update. I finally set the video timeout to forty seconds so the software could carry on and not just sit there.

To wrap up this Magic Submitter Review, I would have to say that it went acceptably. The video submission could have gone better, but perhaps it was my mistake in some way.
