This is my second review for autodvdgps.com. The first one is on their website. This unit is a new version, embedded with newest windows CE. NET 6.0 operation system. After receiving the replacement unit and installing it, the Bluetooth works fine and plays music directly from iphone without having to connect any wires to it. No hissing nor static noise in the back ground.
Audio from Bluetooth is crystal clear. It could play both phone calls, music and internet over the stereo, that we could listen to Slacker while driving and keep out own play lists. With the gps navigations system, I also bought a car camera. The price is $49.00. It works as well as advertised. It has a remote control, so most everything could be done by remote. If you are worried about safety of driving while changing songs, learn how to use the remote. Id rather touch the screen and the steering wheel control to control.
This unit works like intended. It doesnt skip movies while driving if you set it up correctly. Some others complained of high loading time. This is because the stereos like these memorize the movie ahead of time in the player so that you dont have skips and scratches on your dvd. It has many ways to change the look and sound and it is surround sound for dvd.
