You need to sit down and plan how you are going to start searching for your dream job. Posting you resume in the Internet, and keeping your fingers crossed is not going to work. All your primary interviews will be conducted long distance, such as video conferencing, telephone, chat or via e-mail. Prepare yourself beforehand and brush up on all that you need to. Show confidence and enthusiasm. Make yourself an ideal candidate for the position offered. If they want you to fly down immediately, then do so. This will show your commitment and seriousness towards the job.
