Reverse the trailer down the loading dock and into the water. It is important to keep the trailer straight. One must stop once the back portion is submerged to pull the boat up onto the bunks.

Once the boat is on the bunks turn off the motor. It is unnecessary to drive the boat all through the way to the front of the trailer. It is necessary to center the boat perfectly between the two bunks.

Place the trailers wince in neutral and connect the hook on the end of its rope to the front of the boat. The boat will have a specific place on the front center of the bow to make these attachments.

Place the winch mechanism in the pull in position and begin winching the boat onto the trailer until its nose touches the rubber stop.

Drive the tow boat slowly away from the loading area and onto the ground. Secure the boat with several winching straps at the rear. Fasten the safety chain from the winch to the mounted boat.

Remove the ratchet straps and safety chain from the boat and disconnect the trailer electrical harness.

Back the trailer down the loading ramp until the boat begins to float.

Disconnect the winchs strap from the boat and push it into the water. Start the boat motor and place it in reverse and back the boat away from the loading area.
