When a hospital needs more physicians, this becomes the chief priority among the board of trustees, administration and medical staff. The most successful form of recruitment is through community effort and this is what recruiting hospitals has learned in their experiences. Improvement in some areas of healthcare delivery has been pointed out yet the process of recruitment will continue until such matters have been fixed.

The hospital crew oftentimes go out of their way and offer their homes to throw a party for the potential new physicians while there are other times the orientations only happen in the hospital.
