For example, a great theme for an antique car show is the 50s theme. Employees can wear sock hop costumes and you can place out decorations with a 50s theme. If you choose to have sock hop costumes, they can include poodle skirts, jeans, leather jackets, and ponytails with scarves. If you want to get a little more daring, include roller skates to the sock hop costume.
You could even get the manufacturers involved in the show. A lot of manufacturers would probably be willing to give some materials away. A lot of car shows have car pens, magnets, and Frisbees as souvenirs to people that came.
Find other things that you can use to give away to guests. Try to use the different car manufacturers logo on various items around the show. You could choose to give out shirts with your car show event name on it, or even different car logos.
Show off your cars in a fun way. If it is night time be sure that you have lights that show the cars off. You want to be sure they are bright, but not too bright.
Think about the type of uniforms you want your employees to wear. Are they going to be wearing fun uniforms, like sock hop costumes, or do something a little more simple? Whatever you decide be sure that all uniforms are unified so people can easily spot who is an employee and who isn't.
Remember whatever you decide to use as a theme, keep everything unified. You don't want your car show to look messy. Keep everything put together to keep it from looking sloppy.
